How our Lynnwood appliance repair company handles your booking details
Lynndale Appliance Repair · Lynnwood, WA
What the booking form collects
The form asks for the machine that needs work, a short description of the problem, the day and time of day you’d prefer, your name, a phone number and the service address with its ZIP code. Two boxes are optional: one says this is your first repair with us, the other says a second appliance should be checked on the same visit. Ticking either one only tells us how to write up the visit. We don’t ask for payment details, birth dates or anything else the visit doesn’t need.
How the form reaches us
When you press send, the form passes your entries through a form-processing service, which delivers them as a message to our office inbox. Its job is to carry the form to us. Inside the company, the details are read by the people who schedule visits and by the technician assigned to your call, who needs the address, the machine and the symptom to arrive prepared.
How we use your details
We use what you send to call you back, confirm a two-hour arrival window, send a technician to the right address and complete the repair. The same details appear on your invoice and written warranty. Sending the form commits you to nothing; the first charge is the $85 diagnostic at the visit, and it is absorbed into the repair price if you approve the work.
What we never do with it
We never sell, rent or trade the information from the booking form, and we don’t hand it to advertisers or data brokers. It isn’t added to mailing lists, and we won’t contact you about anything other than the service you asked for and its written warranty. A request you send and later cancel gets the same care, and it is never used to advertise to you.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and the invoice that follows for as long as we need them to honor the written warranty and keep ordinary business records. Requests that never turn into a visit are cleared out once they no longer serve a purpose. If you want your details deleted sooner, call us and ask; we’ll remove what we can and tell you if anything has to stay for a record we’re required to keep.
Questions about this policy
If something here is unclear, or you want to know what we hold about you, call the number on this page and ask. The person who answers can look up your booking, explain how it was used and start a deletion if you want one. When our booking form or the service behind it changes in a way that affects your information, we update this page so it describes what actually happens.
